Ordering & Customization
What sizes do your drapery panels come in?
We offer three width options:
- Single-width panel
- One-and-a-half width panel
- Double-width panel
Our panels are available in six different lengths to accommodate various window heights.
What fabric and color options do you offer?
We offer seven fabric choices in over 25 colors to complement any interior style. You can browse our fabric selection on the product pages.
Can I choose the type of liner for my drapery panels?
Yes! You can select from:
- Light-filtering liner – Allows soft natural light while providing privacy.
- Blackout liner – Blocks light completely for maximum privacy and room darkening.
Our liners are made from 52% cotton / 48% polyester and feature a white sateen finish. They are crease-resistant and water, mold, and mildew repellent, ensuring durability and longevity.
Do you offer custom sizes or modifications?
Our Quick Ship Drapery Program is designed for efficiency, so we currently offer only the standard widths and lengths listed. If you're looking for fully custom drapery, please contact us to discuss options.
Drapery Hardware Program
What size are your drapery rods?
Our drapery rods are 1.5" diameter poles and are available in custom widths up to 192 inches.
What finishes and styles are available?
We offer multiple finishes, brackets, finials, and hardware options. More information can be found on the product pages.
Do you offer drapery rings?
Yes, we provide easy-glide flat rings with liners, bypass rings for operable drapery, and various decorative ring styles.
Are spliced rods available?
Yes. Any rods over 96 inches will be spliced into two pieces. If you need a custom splice location, please email us your order information and we are happy to accommodate. Do not forget to order your splices!
What bracket options do you offer?
We provide several bracket styles, including:
- Adjustable Single Bracket – Designed to be behind fabric for a clean look.
- Adjustable Double Bracket – For double drapery setups.
- Enclosed Ceiling Bracket – Ideal for ceiling-mounted poles (not compatible with bypass rings).
- Bypass Bracket – Required for operable drapery, used with bypass rings.
- Enclosed Center Bracket – A clean alternative for center support.
Brackets are recommended every 48 inches for proper support.
Shipping & Processing
How long does it take to receive my order?
Our Quick Ship Drapery and Hardware Programs delivers within 10 Business Days after placing your order. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Rush shipping is not an option for our Quick Ship Program. However, your order will be in your hands no later than 10 business days after purchase.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be available upon request.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange my drapery panels or hardware?
Due to the made-to-order nature of our Quick Ship Drapery and Hardware Programs, all sales are final. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect order, please contact us within 15 business days of receiving your order, and we will make it right.
Do you offer fabric or hardware samples?
Yes! We offer fabric and hardware memos for $5.00 each, which includes shipping. We recommend ordering swatches before making a purchase to ensure the perfect choice for your space.
Installation & Care
How do I install my drapery panels?
Our panels come with a standard header style that works with most curtain rods. Specific hanging instructions will be included with your order. Drapery will come with drapery pins for easy installation. JDD Services are available and include an in-home consultation, measuring, design specifications, and installation. How should I care for my drapery panels?
For best results:
- Dry clean only for longevity.
- Use a handheld steamer to remove wrinkles after installation.
- Avoid washing in a machine, as it may damage the fabric and lining.
